Your team The AI Factory Vice-Presidency is made up of more than 25 specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes.
Within the AI Factory sector, you are part of a large team of 25 colleagues and report to the principal director. Our team stands out for its expertise in artificial intelligence and agility, its capacity for innovation, and its collaborative spirit. Your role
- Ensure the application and respect of agile methods within the team.
- Identify obstacles and propose solutions to optimize team dynamics.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and presenting information.
- Foster collaboration among team members and with external partners.
- Lead team meetings and encourage active participation from all stakeholders.

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or equivalent.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in agile management or as a scrum master.
- Master agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, etc.).
- Master the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Hold a scrum master certification.
- Be available to collaborate with teams outside Quebec.
