Our Program
Our Sales & Trading Rotation Program provides immersive, hands-on experience in the dynamic world of capital markets. Participants will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, gaining practical insight while supporting the execution of core responsibilities across our sales and trading operations.
Throughout the program, participants may contribute to:
- Sales, trading, and market-making activities
- Database management and quality assurance
- Market and strategy analysis
- Monitoring and interpreting capital market movements
Spanning 5 to 10 months, this entry-level program is tailored for students completing an undergraduate or graduate degree. It is designed to strengthen foundational skills, foster meaningful professional relationships, and accelerate career development.
Rotational assignments across Canada offer participants a broad perspective on capital markets and help build the expertise required to succeed in a sales and trading environment. Upon successful completion, participants will be placed on one of our Sales & Trading desks, where they will continue to grow and make impactful contributions

Candidate Profile
Live your ambitions! We’re looking for driven individuals ready to launch their careers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:
- New graduates at the time of hiring in a bachelor's or master's program in finance, computer science, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Genuine interest in capital markets and the financial industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to propose innovative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including modeling and valuations) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with programming languages is an asset
- Capacity to manage projects independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and strong ethical standards
- Confidence and professionalism in client-facing interactions
- Strong academic performance and relevant extracurricular involvement
- Bilingualism is an asset (French required for Montreal internships)
