Your job
- Independently performing various operational activities according to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Handling customer requests related to the credit card product.
- Identifying issues and demonstrating agility to contribute to their resolution.
- Detecting and correcting errors.
- Proposing optimization suggestions for the continuous improvement of our operations.
Your team:
Within the credit card chargeback team, you will be part of a team of 23 colleagues and report to the Team Director. Our team stands out for its agility and ability to handle various activities related to the credit card.
Work schedules are flexible and include telecommuting based on operational needs, with 2 mandatory in-person days at the downtown Montreal office at 800 St-Jacques.

Prerequisites:
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, Outlook, and proficiency with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability and ease in working in a changing environment.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Communication skills in French and English.
