Your Job
- Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-performance execution across assigned territories.
- Meet the objectives of mortgage origination targets and regional profitability.
- Realize strategic sales initiatives in alignment with national goals.
- Make sure broker experiences are exceptional and aligned with Optimum Mortgage’s value proposition.
- Accompany and influence brokers through loyalty programs, engagement strategies, and business development plans.
- Identify growth opportunities using real estate data, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Take part in cross-functional collaboration with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Underwriting teams.

Within the Optimum Mortgage sector, you are part of a team of up to 10 colleagues and report to the Director, National Sales & Marketing. Basic Requirements
- Hold a degree or diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a mortgage sales environment.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of consumer/residential mortgage lending and the local broker market.
- Demonstrated skills in business development, marketing, negotiation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Availability to travel within the region as required.
