As a project manager, you will work in close collaboration with the IT department, the Quality Efficiency team and users to ensure and optimize delivery times and quality.

In collaboration with team members, define the best arrangement of tasks in order to develop a coherent whole, establish a calendar and a deadline. Monitor regularly to receive the latest information on the progress of projects throughout their duration and to ensure that the objectives and priorities set at the outset remain intact.

As responsible for monitoring projects, you will have to supervise their progress on a daily basis, ensure standardization and make adjustments and documentation such as reports on their progress. You will be responsible for analyzing the feasibility of projects, identifying issues, establishing solutions and implementing them.


Your job:

• Carry out planning of activities and deliverables taking into account issues, stakeholders and other projects

• Identify and analyze needs and produce business files

• Rigorously and regularly monitor current projects

• Support the manager in the sound management of projects in terms of schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, etc.

• Produce progress reports

• Align the planning of development activities with the overall planning of project delivery

• Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders

• Supervise and facilitate activities and relationships with stakeholders

• Analyze problems and issues and make corrective plans

• Create and maintain required documentation

• Monitor and support applicants and stakeholders in the prioritization, development, implementation and refinement of their activities

• Promote the accountability of stakeholders in relation to their commitment and objectives to be achieved

• Act as a coach to colleagues, influence and propose improvements that support the delivery of features


Your team :

Within the Quality and Efficiency sector, you are part of a team of 5 colleagues and you report to the Director of this sector. Prerequisites:

• Ideally have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager

• Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity and in an appropriate field of study, and 5 years of relevant experience or other diploma

• Experience in team coordination and knowledge of development methodologies

• Knowledge in coordination, planning according to constraints, monitoring and delivery of IT projects

• Ability to manage priorities in a multi-project environment

• Strong skills in management, planning, negotiation, communication, organization and problem solving

• Ability to influence to ensure timely completion of projects

• Ability to work in a constantly changing work environment

• Show initiative and adapt to the specific context of the organization
