A career as a product owner in the everyday Banking team at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator of the execution strategy for Bacaire and ABM projects by ensuring end-to-end delivery. Your job:
* Cut and sequence a target vision to maximise value delivery by taking into account interdependencies with sectors, which includes: Build and manage the product backlog (‘’backlog’’)
* Prioritize delivery activities based on user needs while taking into account, client-first, it constraints, impacts on internal and external partners
* Be accountable for delivering initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.
360 promote sound sequenced and integrated change management.
* Make continuous improvements and corrections to the product and processes to enhance the experience to meet current and future needs.
Engage and keep stakeholders at all levels informed of the evolution of the initiative and the progress of the solution by effectively sharing the product vision and complex situations.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner (PO)
- Experience in agile projects
- Good knowledge of banking products
- Influential leadership and excellent multidisciplinary team player
- Ability to maximise business value for the client and the organisation
