- Act as a Product Owner in multidisciplinary teams, championing customer experience and business value.
- Build and manage the product backlog of user stories, and prioritize delivery activities based on regulatory deadlines, user needs,
- Define and communicate the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to project teams and align stakeholders around the product vision
- Guide project development by articulating a target business vision and sequencing priority activities.
- Gain a deep understanding of regulatory changes and assess their impact on Retail and Commercial business lines, while
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues and provide regular updates and strategic recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across all relevant stakeholders in the Personal and Commercial sectors,
- Stay informed about existing products and the consumer ecosystem.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong experience navigating the organizational complexities of a large financial institution.
- Solid understanding of banking products, services, systems, and technologies.
- Good knowledge of the regulatory requirements applicable to Individuals and Businesses
- Proven experience in project delivery, business analysis, and process optimization.
- Influential leadership, initiative, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively to maximize business value.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
