Your Role:
- Act as the owner of travel insurance, term life insurance, and assistance products (e.g., Sécurizone), being responsible for portfolio growth, P&L, product vision and features, and pricing.
- Analyze competition, emerging trends, and any regulatory changes in credit insurance products that could impact our business model.
- Monitor and report on the performance of your products to meet net acquisition targets.
- As a subject matter expert, proactively identify and participate in all growth, marketing, and optimization initiatives to generate value for our clients and the bank.
- Work closely with data, process management, customer experience, and distribution teams to manage your products and drive transformations that create value.

Requirements:
- University degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services and insurance products.
- Strong skills in opportunity assessment, P&L management, product pricing, new product design, and planning.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong decision-making based on analysis, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
