As an Operations Specialist in Partner Services, National Leasing at National Bank, you'll work in equipment financing. Your detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and financing expertise will enhance the client and broker experience.

Your role: 

  • Review and audit leasing documentation to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
  • Verify lease details and identities through direct communication with lessees.
  • Enter and audit lease data accurately in internal systems.
  • Resolve broker inquiries and support team coverage to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Improve departmental processes and contribute to service excellence.
  • Build trust through effective communication and respectful relationships.
  • Manage priorities and challenges to achieve positive outcomes and personal growth. 

Your team: 

As part of the Operations team, you'll join six colleagues and report to the Section Manager of Partner Services. We handle complex documentation and funding efficiently.

This is a hybrid position, with Monday to Friday workdays.

 Prerequisites:

 Post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent relevant work experience is required.

  • A minimum of two years of administrative experience is necessary.
  • Emphasis is placed on outstanding customer service, effective teamwork, and strong communication skills.
