Your job
- Process financial transactions for registered and pension plans, including benefit payments and taxable distributions.
- Manage high-risk transactions and ensure accuracy in activities with tax implications.
- Maintain client documentation and pensioner records while ensuring strong compliance standards.
- Collaborate with branch teams to support service delivery and address client needs.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying and sharing operational best practices.

Basic requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, banking, or administration.
- Strong understanding of RRSP, RRIF and TFSA rules
- Knowledge of pensions, benefit payment changes and taxable payments
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new systems and tools.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
