This position, which can be based in several major Canadian cities with a hybrid work arrangement, offers you the opportunity to collaborate with teams from coast to coast to enhance NBFWM’s visibility and strengthen its national influence.
Your Role
• Play an advisory role to Wealth Advisors to guide their decisions and maximize the impact of marketing actions
• Design and execute end-to-end multichannel marketing initiatives (websites, digital and traditional content, advertising, social media) in collaboration with our internal production team
• Leverage data to optimize initiatives, measure results, and provide informed recommendations
• Contribute to automation and continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and execution speed
Your Team
Within National Bank Financial - Wealth Management, you will be part of a team of 6 marketing advisors, 3 graphic designers, and 2 web integrators, reporting to the Marketing Director. Our team stands out for its collaborative approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in multichannel marketing and advisory roles
• Exceptional communication skills in French - written and verbal, knowing how to adapt to a variety of unique brand voices and audiences they’re targeting
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated influence and leadership to guide stakeholders’ strategic decisions
• Experience in the financial or wealth management sector is an asset
• Experience in content optimization and SEO/GenAI is an asset
• Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity and deliverable quality is an asset
