Your Job
- Provide advice in line with customer needs
- Analyze credit files, develop financing scenarios and propose appropriate solutions
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with customers
- Implement and follow up on recommendations made by the various specialists of the Bank and its subsidiaries, promoting profitable business development
- Take charge of your personal development, both in terms of the evolution of your skills and your knowledge of the economic aspects surrounding SMEs
Your Team
Reporting to the Director, Sales and Services Business Flex, you will work daily with a team of 90 experts. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week. The incumbent must be available to work on rotation, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The schedule may vary according to operational needs. You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid mode and will be required to be present in our branches in and around Joliette.

Basic requirements
- Bachelor's degree, university certificate or master's degree, depending on your academic background, with a minimum of three to seven years' experience in business development
- Experience in individual or corporate financing
- Negotiation skills
- Customer contact center experience
- Knowledge of commercial products
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
