Your Role
- Analyze, authorize, or recommend agricultural and agri‑food credit files, while respecting risk appetite and policies.
- Collaborate with business lines to provide quick responses to financing requests.
- Support account managers as an advisor and coach in structuring credit.
- Monitor loan portfolios and proactively recommend improvements.
- Identify and implement quality control strategies to strengthen portfolio integrity.
- Participate in credit committees and various initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies and act as a change champion to improve tools and processes.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agroeconomics, or business administration, with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in agricultural and commercial finance
- Professional agronomist designation is an asset
- Ability to make autonomous credit decisions under pressure
- Proven leadership in credit strategy and change management
- Experience in portfolio management and risk monitoring
- Knowledge of business banking products
- Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills
- Collaboration, adaptability, and effectiveness within diverse teams and stakeholders
