IT Manager

A career as an IT delivery director within the Delivery TI - AI Factory team at National Bank means acting as a technology delivery leader, responsible for orchestrating innovative initiatives in artificial intelligence and information technologies. Your role

• Participate in the planning, execution and continuous improvement of initiatives, projects and platform upgrades.
• Ensure the performance, maintainability and technological compliance of the applications under your responsibility.
• Support and guide team members in their professional development and career progression.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance practices, ensuring they align with approved budgets and timelines.
• Influence technical orientations by challenging architecture, testing strategies, delivery practices and solution evolution.
• Collaborate in developing the annual program of initiatives, projects and maintenance activities in partnership with the application portfolio manager.

The Technology & Operations Vice-Presidency includes more than 5,500 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative way to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology and continuously improve processes.

Within the Delivery TI - AI Factory sector, you are part of a large multidisciplinary team and report to the senior director. Prerequisites

• Significant experience managing multidisciplinary and agile technical teams.
• Experience in managing technology projects and delivering products.
• Strong understanding of the lifecycle of an IT asset portfolio, including availability, operational support and related budgets.
• Experience managing or delivering artificial intelligence solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple internal partners in a context of technological evolution.
