IT Chief Analyst Artificial Intelligence

A career as an IT Chief Analyst Artificial Intelligence in the AI Factory team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the development and operations of innovative AI systems, including generative AI.

Your job

• Develop innovative AI systems that generate competitive advantages.
• Understand and challenge business needs and convert them into functional requirements.
• Write detailed functional analyses and validate them.
• Perform functional testing and assist the testing team.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to solutions.
• Coach interns and junior analysts.
• Promote the culture of AI transformation within the Bank.

The IT and Operations sector is made up of more than 5500 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 25 passionate colleagues, under the direction of the Senior Director of the AI Factory. The team is distinguished by its expertise in AI, its capacity for innovation, and its collaborative spirit. Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT analyst
• Experience in developing and deploying AI systems
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience producing detailed and relevant user stories
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI libraries
• AWS certifications and automation techniques in 'infra as code' (an asset)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication of AI results to non-technical stakeholders
