Internship - Employee Experience Development Plan

We are currently seeking an intern for the Employee Experience area.

The profiles we are looking for are graduating people who are enlightened, who have interpersonal skills with a spirit of initiative and curiosity to come and help us in the execution of the strategic plan and the evolution of the business sector.

Reporting to a senior strategic planning advisor, the intern will have the following main responsibilities:

Participate in:

  • An initiative to improve the prioritization and execution of the employee experience sector portfolio
  • An approach to prioritize activities that have the greatest impact on people and their well-being in the transformation
Concretely :
  • Collaborate to create an optimized execution cycle: approach, tools and documentation
  •  Facilitate meetings and coordinate activities to identify irritants and opportunities to implement and operationalize certain solutions
  •  Work within a team with a multidisciplinary and multi-sector group (HR, Legal, Procurement, Communications and ESG)

Profile

  • University student (graduate) in project management (master’s degree)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, Share Point, Confluence, JIRA
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce quality documentation
  • Interest in humans
  • The communications
  • Bilingualism preferred

  • Temporary position 3-4 months with possibility of conversion to permanent employment - Schedule 5 days per week
