Your role:- Act as a subject matter expert for transaction settlement activities within the international payments sector.
- Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end business process to become a go-to reference in this field.
- Demonstrate autonomy, diligence, and proactivity in carrying out your responsibilities.
- Use your empowerment to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze operational process gaps and take the necessary actions with partners and clients.
- Collaborate with various sectors of the Bank to provide technical support to stakeholders in day-to-day operations.
- Provide relevant information to support decision-making and make recommendations to improve work processes.
This position reports to the Director of the Global Wire team, with whom you will collaborate daily as part of a dynamic team made up of several specialists. You will join a passionate and fast-growing group of 32 analysts and senior analysts.
The team is responsible for the efficiency of international payment operations, offering you the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:- College diploma or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
- Ability to provide fast and efficient customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, with versatility, attention to detail, and rigor.
