Description
An internship in the supplier management strategy team at National Bank means working within a team that influences the direction and policies related to supplier governance, ensuring implementation, operationalizing, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts. This team manages, monitors performance, develops, and maintains good business relationships with third parties. This internship allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, while also giving you the opportunity to learn and develop further. You will also have the chance to support advisors in their various activities.
Your role
- Manage supplier billing accounts (billing activities);
- Support advisors in supplier budget activities;
- Support advisors in preparing supplier governance, including market benchmarking;
- Validate contractual terms;
- Ensure the management and oversight of access;
- Draft executive contract summaries;
- All other tasks related to supplier management.

Prerequisites
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Self-taught
- Strong sense of innovation
- Ability to navigate the unknown with agility
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
