A career as an advisor in the Finance Practical Systems Evolution team at National Bank means interacting with the Bank's various managers and sectors by offering your expertise in complex files, understanding business issues by identifying the needs of stakeholders, and influencing orientations and policies related to your professional field within your sector of activity by ensuring that stakeholders are on board. It is through your knowledge of the finance and/or procurement modules and your interpersonal skills that you have a positive impact on the optimization of existing business processes.
Your job
  • Participate in the planning and execution of supplier onboarding projects in collaboration with the various stakeholders
  • Participate in the implementation of automated value-added purchasing processes for the Bank's various sectors
  • Provide operational and informational support related to the procure to pay system with business partners
  • Participate in the optimization of SAP and procure to pay system access management
  • Proactively communicate results, issues and risks related to assigned responsibilities
  • Participate in the preparation of process documentation and functional configuration
  • Working in a multidisciplinary team in Agile mode
Your team
Within the Finance Evolution department, you will be part of an agile team of 7 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. The team stands out for its understanding of business issues by proposing strategies to support the efficient execution of activities. We are a team that continuously helps each other by exchanging and sharing our knowledge.
Prerequisite
  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and a relevant experience in a purchasing or accounts payable management area
  • Ease and value of working in systems
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of accounting and accounts payable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and focused on results
  • Ability to popularize and synthesize information to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of or interest to learn the Safe Scrum model
