Description
A career as a Digital Media Advisor on the Sales Support and Digital Strategy team at National Bank Investments means acting as a campaign specialist to deliver an omnichannel client experience by deploying targeted communication initiatives - including social media posts and emails through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform - and by contributing to updates to the website. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization by leveraging your digital communications expertise and the strategic use of client data. You will help make our content more relevant and enhance client engagement.
Your role:
- Implement email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email studio, journey builder and automation studio): Integrate and test HTML/AMPScript emails to ensure multi‑client compatibility and optimal rendering.
- Manage deployments and validate campaign parameters, including sends, segmentation, personalization and A/B testing.
- Analyze performance indicators for initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements in integration and distribution processes.
- Coordinate and execute social media messages, and manage community interactions.
- Support brand presence and identify opportunities to boost engagement.
- Contribute to monitoring best practices in email and social media marketing and leverage insights to identify opportunities to enhance our brand reach and increase client interactions.
- Contribute to updating the information content on the website, when needed.

Prerequisites:
- Diploma in digital marketing or communication
- 2 years of experience managing email campaigns or integrating into a CRM environment
- Knowledge of digital media
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, an asset
