Your job
- Ensure compliance with risk management functions, workflows, and policies, including loan administration, data accuracy, portfolio quality, exposure limits, and loan security requirements.
- Meet objectives for timely and thorough credit adjudication and application processing, working closely with sales, operations, and risk management teams.
- Carry out detailed financial and cash flow analyses to support credit decisions and portfolio evaluations.
- Make sure to prepare clear and well-supported recommendations for approval, restructuring, or deferral of credit applications, and maintain accurate credit condition checklists.
- Accompany and influence operational improvements by identifying opportunities for process optimization and actively participating in their implementation.
- Identify and assess proposed amendments to credit conditions and transaction security, ensuring alignment with established lending practices and guidelines.

Prerequisites
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in financial services within risk or credit management, banking, or business lending.
- Demonstrate experience in credit adjudication and financial statement analysis.
- Master effective risk mitigation strategies for credit underwriting.
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
