As a clerk in the great team of Investment Operations at National Bank means acting as an expert in handling our client's requests. It is through your mastery of our processes and tools, your curiosity, your diligence and your efficiency in processing daily operational activities that you have a positive impact on the client, the Bank and your team!
Your role:
- Ensure diligent handling of various requests from our client and partners
- Analyse and interpret data to accurately carry out administrative requests
- Achieve productivity and quality objectives and master end-to-end processes
- Carry out the activities assigned to you and proactively support your colleagues
- Ensure alignment with oeganizational and team priorities, both in terms if work organization and our behavioral values
- Identify ways to improve performance and the experience of our clients and employees
- Contibute to making the team's environment even more positive
Your team:
Our large team is composed of teams in charge of the following activities in collaboration with our wealth management partners/business lines:
- Account openings and document management
- Assount and asset transfers
- Account and securities administration
- Operational support to our partners

Prerequisites:
- Exeperience in customer service and/or administrative activities
- Ease of use with Microsoft softwares
- Sens of initiative, diligence, autonomy
