A career as a Chief SAP Security Analyst in the SAP Platform team at National Bank means acting as an expert in access governance and SAP application security. This job allows you to have a concrete impact on the organization's data protection and regulatory compliance, thanks to your expertise in SAP security, access management and risk control.

Your role is to ensure security, compliance and access governance within the SAP ecosystem (SAP CRM, SAP S4/HANA, CRM, BTP, BDC), while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a regulated and transforming environment.

Your job

  • Administer and evolve SAP roles, profiles, and permissions based on the principle of least privilege
  • Process and supervise access requests related to arrivals, role changes and departures, in accordance with established access processes and matrices
  • Analyze and ensure segregation of duties, identify potential conflicts and propose appropriate controls to meet the needs of the audit
  • Enforce security and compliance requirements in SAP environments and support internal and external audits
  • Contribute to the implementation, operation and improvement of access governance and control solutions (SAP GRC / Access Control)
  • Act as an SAP security point of expertise for the Basis, development, SAP functional and operations teams in order to integrate security by design and reinforce best practices
  • Participate in the definition of SAP security standards, procedures and guides.
  • Monitor SAP security best practices and developments.

Within the SAP sector, you will be part of a team of 4 analysts specialized in access security who play a key role in the governance, compliance and lifecycle management of SAP access. You report to a senior director of the SAP platform and work in an environment known for its rigor, collaborative spirit and proactive approach to risk management. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life, in particular through a hybrid work environment 2 days / week in the office and a flexible schedule adaptable to business needs.

Prerequisites

  • Have a university or college degree in information technology, information security or a related field
  • Have relevant experience in application security or access management, ideally in an SAP environment
  • Master the concepts of roles, SAP permissions, and access governance
  • Have a good understanding of the principles of segregation of duties and control management
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment is an asset
  • Good knowledge of SAP roles and permissions concepts
  • Understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) and access governance principles.
  • Proven experience with SAP environments (CR, S/4HANA, CRM, BW, BTP, BDC)
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM / Access Control tools or concepts (asset)
  • Ethical, confidential and effective priority management.
