Chief Application Analyst

A career as a Chief Application Analyst - SAAS Cards is to support our SAAS solutions in the field of credit cards. You will play a key role in the implementation of Operational Readiness (OR), acting as an expert advisor to stakeholders and influencing tactical orientations of the sector.
Your job

• Provide production support for SAAS solutions, including monitoring, incident analysis, and resolution coordination, 24/7 according to a team rotation system
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the application ecosystem, including the interrelationships between internal systems, SAAS providers and payment networks
• Manage payment network requirements, including analysis and integration of monthly bulletins, mandates and regulatory changes
• Develop and improve SAAS application processes related to credit cards
• Implement Operational Readiness (OR) by anticipating issues and developing mitigation solutions and control mechanisms
• Influence decisions through recommendations based on your extensive expertise in the field of credit cards
• Actively contribute to large-scale projects or committees, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve strategic issues related to the credit card field.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s or other degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and several years of relevant experience, part of which in the field of credit cards or SAAS solutions
• Specialized knowledge of market best practices and SAAS application systems
• Recognized leadership, ability to guide project development and influence the sectors served
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and change management skills
• Experience in implementing Operational Readiness (OR), an asset
• Knowledge of regulatory and security issues related to credit cards, an asset
• Knowledge of cloud environments and SAAS architectures and AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, assets.
