A career as a Chief AI Agentic Developer on the it Delivery team at Wealth Management and Financial Markets at National Bank means you can specialise in industrialising AI agents responsible for and integrated into the CLCs. Your job
- Design and develop the Bank's agentic platforms, covering architecture, technical implementation and operational support.
- Integrate and harmonise several platforms in collaboration with the architecture teams, while ensuring consistency and compliance with internal standards.
- Produce proof of concept to assess emerging technologies, analyse their feasibility and identify associated risks.
- Implement and automate testing, evaluation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the reliability, security and performance of AI agents.
- Assist and support application teams in integrating AI agents by applying development best practises and established standards.
- Define and oversee control mechanisms to promote responsible adoption of AI agents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

In the it Delivery Wealth Management and Financial Markets sector, which oversees the AI agentic program, you are part of a team of 6 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager - Delivery. Our team stands out for its ability to oversee the delivery of new technologies by acting as a collaborative HUB with all Bank sectors to transform the organisation.

Prerequisites
- Have a diploma in a related field (e.g., software engineering) and 5 to 8 years of experience in software development in large cloud environments.
- Proficiency in architecture and software design principles (modularity, microservices, APIs, observability, performance).
- Experience in software development practises (clean code, code reviews, unit and integration testing, CI/CD, version management).
- Proficiency in cloud environments, ideally AWS (Azure is an asset).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools: GIT, CI/CD pipelines, Docker or Kubernetes containers.
- Knowledge of applied artificial intelligence and agentic systems, including notions of MLOps.
