Your Role
- Create analyses and interactive dashboards (Power BI) to make data accessible and impactful for decision-makers.
- Explore and interpret customer data to identify key trends and guide strategic actions.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, detect gaps, and propose optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with analytics experts to refine insights and maximize their impact on the organization.
- Optimize analytical tools by proposing improvements and ensuring that recommendations are aligned with the bank's objectives.
Your Team
The Commercial Analytics team, within Data Management and Valorization, is made up of more than 20 specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to transform analytics into strategic decisions. Within the commercial data sector, you are part of a large team of passionate colleagues and report to the Vice-President of Commercial Analytics.

Prerequisites
- Currently enrolled in a master's program in a field related to analytics, data, or business.
- Proficiency in Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of programming (SQL, Python).
- Interest in personal banking products (an asset).
