As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for supporting and helping the employees under your management to apply the Bank's strategic vision, while allowing your team to flourish professionally.
-Achieve the expected financial contribution target for the branch by identifying with your team the expected business development behaviors and activities.
-Provide personalized coaching to advisors, the Customer Service Manager, and the business development support team to develop their skills and support them in their career path.
-Ensure the hiring, development, and performance management of your team members.
-Mobilize the team to ensure a superior customer experience.
-Ensure that your team members comply with and apply the established engagement rules regarding customer segmentation, referrals, transaction execution, risk management, --regulatory compliance, and branch operational procedures.
-Act as the Compliance Officer of the administrative unit (RCUA) to supervise all mutual fund representatives (REC).
-Develop a lasting relationship with branch clients through various activities aimed at acquiring and retaining customers.
-Optimize the quality of service to small businesses by aligning the allocation of advisors with the market potential of the branch.

Prerequisites
-Between five and ten years of experience
- In team management and coaching in advisory services/business development
- In business development in the financial sector
-College diploma (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, depending on the position level
-University certificate related to the sector or PUB and nine years of experience, depending on the position level
-Bachelor's degree related to the sector and five to seven years of experience, depending on the position level
-Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on the position level
-Be a mutual fund representative (REC)
-Be the compliance officer of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3 to 6 months following hiring
