As a Branch Manager and Branch Manager, you are responsible for supporting and assisting the employees under your management in implementing the Bank's strategic vision, while enabling the professional development of your team.
Your role
- Achieve the branch's expected financial contribution target by identifying with your team the expected business development behaviors and activities
- Provide personalized coaching to advisors, the Customer Service Director and the business development support team, in order to develop their skills and support them in their career path
- Hiring, developing, and managing the performance of your team members
- Mobilize the team to ensure superior customer experience
- Ensure that your team members are adhering to and enforcing established rules of engagement in customer segmentation, referral, deal execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operational procedures
- Act as the Business Unit Compliance Officer (RCUA) to oversee all Mutual Fund Representatives (CERs)
- Develop a lasting relationship with the branch's customers, through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and loyalty
- Optimize the quality of service to small businesses, aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential

Prerequisite
- Between five and ten years of experience in managing and coaching a consulting service/business development team
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience or Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and five to seven years of experience or Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Be a mutual fund representative (CIPR) or become one within 3 to 6 months of being hired
- Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within months of hiring
