In this role, you will help wealth advisors to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.

Position Overview

Provide support to Wealth Advisor in the area of revenue growth while having a solid understanding of financial advisory services. This position combines knowledge in wealth management with proactive sales strategies to expand client relationships, cultivate new opportunities, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that align with client's financial objectives.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Assist Wealth Advisor to identify and secure new high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through strategic networking, prospecting, and referral-building activities.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Design and execute targeted sales plans that align with Wealth Advisor's goals, leveraging market insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Business Development Partnerships: Collaborate with industry professionals and strategic partners to expand the Wealth Advisor's presence and attract new clients.
  • Marketing and Events: Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and events to engage clients and prospects, showcasing the Wealth Advisor's expertise and services. Manage the development of marketing materials, website content, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Financial Advisory Expertise: Identify areas which Wealth Advisor can provide advice on investment portfolios, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and other wealth management services.

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Reporting to the regional manager, you will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and partnership will be key to your success.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma in a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Organizational and priority management skills
