This position reports to the Director of Client Services - Investment, Private Wealth 1859 and is located at 1040 rue du Lux in Brossard.

Your Main Challenges- Assist the Senior Investment Advisor with all administrative tasks related to managing high-net-worth client accounts
- Provide superior customer service
- Open and maintain client files in accordance with legal deadlines
- Prepare documents required for client meetings
- Serve as the administrative liaison with various operational departments
- Perform administrative tasks such as sending cheques to clients, bank deposits, fund transfers, RRSP and RRIF contributions and withdrawals, and follow-ups on incoming and outgoing transfers
- Prepare tables, memos, letters, and various documents
- Act as a resource person for clients
- Keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date
- Identify risks inherent to the Wealth Management sector's activities
- College diploma and two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Studies in administration or office technology are an asset
- Experience in customer service
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is an asset
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of CROESUS software is an asset
- Ability to quickly learn new IT systems
- Strong teamwork skills and interest
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in written and spoken French (bilingualism is an asset)
