Your teamWithin the Capital Markets team, you will collaborate with over 200 colleagues and report to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice-President. - Greet clients, visitors, and colleagues from various sectors with courtesy
- Answer phone calls and general inquiries while providing prompt and accurate service
- Manage office supply inventory and ensure it is kept up to date
- Process expense accounts and handle access card requests or IT service tickets
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and any other related duties to support the teams

Prerequisites
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, including customer service experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
