§ Valid
Manitoba Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain a Manitoba Teaching
Certificate
§ Knowledge
of best practices in curriculum, instruction and assessment
§ Knowledge of Indigenous Perspectives
§ Early
years education experience will be considered an asset
§ Excellent
organizational and classroom management skills
§ Ability
to effectively communicate with co-workers, students, parents and outside
agencies, as demonstrated through written and verbal skills
§ Ability
to maintain confidentiality
