As a Marketing Coordinator at Motrec International, you will play a key role in the Sales and Business Development team, more specifically with regard to the dealer network. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, the Marketing Coordinator will play a major role in B2B marketing.

Supported by the Director of Sales and Business Development, as Marketing Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where you will be encouraged to express your ideas and show initiative. Key responsibilities :

B2B marketing :

  • Provide integrated support to the dealer network by combining technical solutions with targeted marketing initiatives, thereby promoting sales growth and enhancing brand visibility
  • Plan, develop, produce and control the quality and distribution of marketing, promotional and training materials for dealers, external and internal customers (brochures, videos, sales documents, mailing lists, etc
  • Manage content management through content strategy, communication, writing, translation and linguistic revision, including setting up and executing the editorial calendar

Digital marketing :

  • Define the content strategy and distribution schedule for social networks, produce and distribute content, and manage the company's social networks
  • Ensure continuous updating and improvement of web platforms, including website (WordPress), CRM and online submission module
  • Ensure process optimization and control using digital tools

Management :

  • Collaborate with internal and external resource persons on diversified projects designed to create value for the company.
  • Manage external suppliers (agencies, consultants, printers).
  • Carry out competitive and strategic intelligence, market research and surveys.

  • Coordinate search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) through paid advertising campaigns (AdWords, Display and Facebook) and SEO (organic).

Requested skills

Job requirements :

  • University degree in marketing
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience (similar role in an SME is an asset)
  • Bilingual (French, English)
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing and B2B marketing (understanding the mechanics of the dealership system in the industrial sector)
  • Expertise with web applications (CRM, CMS), social networks and all stages of marketing material creation
  • Knowledge of Adobe software
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Graphics skills
  • Curiosity and knowledge of the latest Web and marketing trends
  • Creative and analytical talent with an interest in B2B
