About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations by managing, preparing, and organizing inventory. This position plays a key role in logistics planning and inventory management within an industrial environment related to mining operations.
 
More specifically, your responsibilities will include :

  • Receiving, processing, and following up on requests;
  • Preparing loading slips and other shipping documents, manually or using a computer;
  • Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of items into trucks or other vehicles;
  • Unpacking, inspecting, identifying, and distributing items to appropriate storage locations;
  • Operating, as needed, a forklift, pallet jack, or any other equipment or vehicle to load, unload, transport, or store items;
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
 
Desired profile
  • Relevant experience in the field
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Forklift training (an asset)
