About the Position
In this role, you will support operations and ensure effective coordination of work in the field.
More specifically, you will be responsible for :
- Promote Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices and ensure the implementation of prevention programs on job sites;
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize human resources, materials, and project equipment;
- Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment) in accordance with plans, specifications, and client requirements;
- Identify project risks and implement preventive measures and mitigation strategies;
- Oversee work execution, quality control, and adherence to schedules in collaboration with superintendents;
- Manage changes to project scope, subcontractors, and technical or operational issues;
- Ensure communication, stakeholder coordination, and client satisfaction throughout the project;
- Participate in performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with administrative and ISO requirements.
