About the position :
You will work as part of a team to ensure the receiving and shipping of a ton of materials and equipment!
Your main responsibilities :
- Organize the receiving, storage, and shipping of materials for the various departments and projects of the company;
- Perform computerized inventory management, identify, catalog, and update information on equipment through appropriate management software;
- Ensure the receiving of goods, including outside the warehouse, and verify deliveries;
- Participate in inventory management and stock tracking by carrying out regular checks and reporting missing or defective items;
- Respond to workers’ requests, ensuring the proper organization and availability of the equipment required for their tasks;
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and contribute to warehouse safety;
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Your profile :
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
- Relevant experience in the field (an asset);
- Sense of priorities and respect for deadlines;
- Organizational skills and autonomy;
- Good physical condition;
- Team spirit.
