About the Position
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to inventory database management, as well as item coding.
More specifically, you will:
- Create, update, and code inventory items;
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the system;
- Perform data analysis and validation (duplicates, inconsistencies, etc.);
- Contribute to improving data management practices;
- Collaborate with various departments (procurement, operations, maintenance);
- Produce various reports using Excel.
Desired Profile
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (essential)
- Experience with ERP systems: Oracle, JDE, or equivalent (a strong asset)
- Attention to detail, rigor, and strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
