About the position :
You will be responsible for the entry, processing, follow-up, and analysis of supplier invoices.
Your main responsibilities :
- Process supplier invoices related to mining operations and contracted services;
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents;
- Monitor supplier accounts and payment schedules;
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies;
- Maintain up-to-date records and data within financial systems;
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and accounting teams to ensure smooth processes;
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Your profile :
- DEP in Accounting (an asset);
- Experience in a similar role is an asset;
- Comfortable using computer systems;
- Ability to learn new software quickly;
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
