MILAN is looking for a Project Engineer to join its growing team.

The Project Engineer will overlook several ongoing projects and will be responsible of interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, defining the overall concept of the equipment, managing of technical activities on SolidWorks with Design Team, reporting the project status using GANTT chart, ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable CE requirements, assisting with the scheduling and preparing the technical documentation of the equipment.

Requested skills

  • Manage multiple projects from order entry to shipping
  • Review client quotes and prepare required documents
  • Prepare the final documentation of the projects
  • Attend work sessions with clients (design review)
  • Research and purchase certain components
  • Follow up on the work: inspection, schedules, meetings
  • Ensure delivery of projects according to contractual dates
  • Track and coordinate change requests and their approval
  • Undertake various jobs that require a general knowledge of several fields
  • Can be called to guide the work of team members
  • Advise and guide the design team as needed
