We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic and agile group dedicated to innovation by learning, exploring and building working code. • Design and deliver high-quality software components and services end-to-end, with a strong focus on security, privacy, reliability, and maintainability.
• Drive architecture and design reviews for larger features/components; write clear specs covering design, implementation, testing, telemetry, and documentation.
• Collaborate across disciplines and partner teams (PM, security/privacy SMEs, other engineering teams) to align on requirements, tradeoffs, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Proactively drive exploration and innovation within the team.
• Lead the design and development in an agile way, prototype and iterate with stakeholders, deliver value iteratively through MVP releases.
• Determine requirements for complex scenarios in changing ecosystem.
• Leverages deep subject-matter expertise of cross-product features with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., product managers) to lead project plans, release plans, and work items.
• Provides technical leadership for the identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
• Leads by example and mentors others to produce extensible and maintainable code used across the company.
• Mentor engineers in the team by providing hands-on assistance, best practices, and promoting an inclusive learning environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
