You’re a natural storyteller with expertise in writing and language. You recognize the value of clear communication and thrive on creating technology that helps people accomplish their goals. As a skilled Content Designer, you love to collaborate closely with others to ideate and craft intuitive experiences. You’re excited about advances in AI and comfortable navigating complexity and the evolving best practices of a rapidly changing field.

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Content Designer II to join the Collaborative Apps and Platform organization on the Viva Engage team. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end content design and strategy across product experiences, including messaging frameworks, naming, content patterns, terminology, audits, information architecture, UI strings, and in-product guidance. You’ll contribute your language expertise to improving LLM outputs and evaluation frameworks. You’ll also contribute to design systems and help evolve our content standards to support a global, diverse user base. Throughout your product-making, you’ll partner closely with designers, PMs, researchers, engineers, and applied and data scientists to shape intuitive, inclusive, and scalable experiences.
