Les Espaces Memoria, a company recognized for its compassionate, personalized, and respectful approach, is seeking Pre-Arrangement Advisors with a strong sales background and proven field prospecting experience to actively contribute to the growth of our client base in the Lanaudière region.

We are looking for dynamic professionals who excel at building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and guiding families through important decisions with empathy, integrity, and expertise.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Assess families' needs to identify opportunities and recommend pre-arrangement solutions and funeral products tailored to their needs;
  • Present, advise on, and close the sale of cemetery property and related services (niches, crypts, scattering services, etc.);
  • Actively prospect new clients (individuals, groups, and business partners) to expand the client portfolio and generate new business opportunities;
  • Represent the organization at promotional events, trade shows, community events, and conferences to increase brand awareness and drive sales;
  • Achieve established sales targets by applying effective sales strategies and a consultative approach;
  • Maintain accurate follow-up on client files throughout the entire sales cycle;
  • Complete all administrative documentation related to sales transactions accurately and promptly;
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients to encourage customer loyalty and referrals.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position;
  • Compensation based on a commission program specifically designed for Pre-Arrangement Advisors;
  • Rotating on-call schedule;
  • Availability required during days, evenings, and weekends based on the work schedule.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in service sales;
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Bilingual (French and English) is essential;
  • Mobility required — valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
