THE TASKS
The Technician is responsible for providing technical support and services for the installation, configuration, repair, development of electronic systems and telecommunications for our customers. He/She will travel to clients and sometimes work in our workshop located in Val-d'Or.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary channel of technical communication between the client and Meglab.
  • Offer technical assistance and listen to the needs of the customer in order to propose adequate solutions.
  • Install equipment necessary for proper operation of systems.
  • Perform assembly and repair of various systems.
  • Carry out the study of a problem (Troubleshooting) on site in order to find the solution to solve it and carry out the repair.
  • Occasionally provides training to customers on equipment and systems.
