Duties and responsibilities

  • Inspects units following cleaning. Reviews with the room attendants any problems that may have occurred. Ensures that the units and common areas are kept in an impeccable condition at all times.
  • Trains staff on the use of supplies, products and equipment.
  • Develops and maintains departmental programs to ensure that all chain and company inspection criteria are met.
  • Trains department employees in the chain's service program and develops a strong customer service attitude in employees.
  • Works closely with other departments to meet special customer requests.
  • Communicates to the front desk any change in room status and maintains a good relationship to manage unit priorities.
