What would a typical day look like?
As an evening supervisor, you will have to :
- perform routine management activities within your department in the absence of the department manager;
- provide team members with the feedback they need to develop professionally and achieve established goals;
- ensure product rotation according to prescribed standards, labeling of merchandise and stocking of shelves and displays in a manner that is attractive to consumers;
- place orders for designated sections and perform various receiving functions.
