We are seeking an enthusiastic student who will help evaluate and execute strategic initiatives-including M&A, partnerships, and investments-that shape the future of our global insurance, wealth, and asset management businesses.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Develop and refine financial models to evaluate potential deals, synergies, and business scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support strategic initiatives and deal execution.
- Create executive-ready presentations and reports that synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Participate in all stages of the deal lifecycle, from initial research through board-level presentations and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate student studying Business, Finance, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Math, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting and valuation concepts.
- Clear writer and presenter-able to synthesize complex topics for senior audiences.
- Ownership mentality, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity and fast‑moving priorities.
- Experience with Bloomberg/Capital IQ/PitchBook; Python/SQL for analytics; insurance/financial services knowledge (life, annuities, wealth, reinsurance, distribution); familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
