Description

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Disability Administrator to join our Windsor team.
This is an office-based position in a facility located in Windsor. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our Disability Case Managers, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Managing and completing daily diary activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Supporting Disability Case Managers with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Setting up Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, WSIB, and Life claims within tight deadlines.
- Handling requests for file copies and maintaining organized records.
- Managing financial tracking, including invoice processing and record keeping.
- Preparing and sending professional written communications to stakeholders.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, employers, and service providers
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, including managing a group inbox.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience - preferred.
- Post-secondary education (college or university) - an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Salary range is expected to be between
$39 225,00 CAD - $65 375,00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
