You’ll lead discovery sessions, uncover root causes, and identify opportunities for optimization while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Marketing Technology teams to deliver outcomes that drive measurable impact.
A key focus of this role will be documenting common capabilities -including key integrations and reusable components - to ensure consistency and scalability across global platforms. You’ll work hands-on with digital platforms (including Adobe Experience Manager Cloud and related MarTech solutions), support product optimization, and help ensure scalable, high-quality delivery that improves operational efficiency and customer experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather, synthesize, and prioritize business, user, and non-functional requirements.
Document common capabilities, including key integrations and reusable components, to ensure consistency and scalability across global markets.
Document current-state and future-state processes (process maps, swim lanes), customer journeys, and content governance models.
Translate business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria; manage requirements traceability through delivery.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities; build business cases, ROI models, and benefits realization plans.
Partner with Product team to refine and prioritize backlogs using frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW,); facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning for Common Capabilities and other products as required.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business, Engineering, QA, CX, Marketing) to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executable.
Support UAT planning and execution (test scenarios and expected results for product and user acceptance testing); manage defect triage and retesting.
Prepare training content and change management materials to support adoption.
Analyze product performance against KPIs/OKRs; identify gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
Prepare reports and executive-ready presentations to communicate insights, decisions, and delivery progress.
Conduct A/B tests and experimentation with product teams; interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine experiences.
Create user journey flows, process flows, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and interaction maps to clarify how data and content move through systems (including AEM Cloud and adjacent MarTech tools).
Partner with engineering to clarify integration points, data contracts, and edge cases; review API payloads (JSON/XML), error handling, and field mappings.
Support configuration-driven changes (e.g., content models, workflows, metadata, tagging) and coordinate feature rollouts across regions.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC, ensuring alignment, transparency, and quality.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Workflows, and other Marketing Applications) in a cloud-native environment; however, we also welcome candidates who have worked on other digital transformation initiatives involving content management or experience management systems.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
1-2 years quantified experience with creating process/user and data flow visuals (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro); comfortable with Postman for basic API testing and Figma for reviewing UX artifacts.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, good interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with team members and other departments; experience supporting change management-heavy projects through detailed documentation, process improvement and stakeholder management.
Product Lifecycle: Familiarity with the product lifecycle stages and an interest in from ideation to deployment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, accessibility, privacy/security, content governance) and how they impact delivery.
In-depth understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, and technological systems
Understanding of system design and analysis and user testing
Comfort operating in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); proficiency using Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation.
Ability to cultivate relationships and influence across diverse teams and levels; strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
