Licensing Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and creating seamless onboarding experiences? Join our team as a Licensing Specialist and play a key role in supporting our affinity sales advisors while driving operational excellence.

You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to maintain robust controls, monitor licensing requirements, and manage processes that safeguard the business from risk.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships

  • Resolve licensing issues for onboarding and renewals

  • Liaise with regulators and monitor applications

  • Maintain compliance monitoring programs

  • Complete license applications and manage documentation

  • Support digitization and process improvements

  • Analyze licensing data and prepare reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding service, presentation, and communication/negotiation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proven self-motivation and strong self-management skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively.

  • Technical aptitude and experience with licensing platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring programs and regulatory audits.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with data management tools and reporting systems.

Salary range is expected to be between

$50,100.00 CAD - $83,500.00 CAD
