We are excited to offer a career‑building opportunity within our Individual Insurance team for a High‑Net‑Worth Case Coordinator-a key role that supports our most valued partners and contributes directly to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to Corporate, National, and Independent Advisor offices and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of new life insurance applications.

  • Build strong one‑to‑one relationships with assigned branches, serving as their consistent point of contact throughout the policy lifecycle.

  • Follow up proactively on all pending cases to ensure service standards and timelines are met.

  • Anticipate customer needs and communicate key updates through outbound calls, emails, and other notifications.

  • Take full ownership of assigned files, recognizing urgent matters and resolving issues that could delay progress.

  • Identify and remove obstacles in the case process to keep applications moving efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven customer service experience with professionalism across all management levels.

  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Adaptable and comfortable operating through continuous change.

  • Able to influence, persuade, and escalate exceptions appropriately to ensure superior service.

  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail; knowledge of life insurance terminology is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between

$56,175.00 CAD - $93,625.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
